About Speaker: Kiran Aidhi

She is an MBA graduate (Class of 1997) from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management having specialisation in HR. Soon after the MBA, she completed Diploma in Human Resource Development (Management) from All India Management Association (AIMA) in the year 1999-2000. She worked in various companies like Innodata, Le Royale Meridien, Bharati Cellular(Airtel), CP Ships IT Services, Ugam Solutions, Convergys India Services, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, in diverse challenging positions paving her path towards HR centric roles and landed in Virtusa where she spent more than 6 years and is now the Vice President of Human Resources. In the course of her professional life, she has gained over 2 decades of experience in core HR resources for organisations in core IT, Telecom, Outsourcing and Hospitality.
